1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Terms of Use are to be read by you together with any terms, conditions or disclaimers provided in the pages of the NIAC website.  If there is any inconsistency between these Terms of Use and the additional terms, the additional terms will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

If the need arises, we reserve the right to modify or terminate the NIAC website, or your access to the NIAC website for any reason, without notice, at any time, and without liability to you.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms of Use from time to time.  Changes may be made to the Terms of Use at any time without notice by updating this posting.  You agree that your use of the NIAC website after the effective date of the updated terms constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.

You may not use content from the NIAC website unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law.  The information on this site is for your personal use only.  Any unauthorized downloading, re-transmission, or other copying or modification of contents of the site subject to copyright may be a violation of federal legislation or other law that may apply to copyright and could subject the copier to legal action.  These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our website.

4. ABOUT THESE TERMS

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between NIAC and you. They do not create any third party beneficiary rights.

If you do not comply with these Terms of Use and we do not take action immediately, this doesn’t mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future).

If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.
